The location is good and the price is decent, but the rest is really very poor
The location was excellent and the price was excellent for London
the location was very good, close to the center streets of london. helpfull staff.
the lamp was broken and the walls were cracked.
Location is very convenient for those who arrive at London with easybus. Room was clean, it had tv and bathroom across the hall.
It is located at a very noisy street. We suggest ear plugs. The room is simple and it didnt look like on the pictures.
The location and central reach towards Kings X station to get around London city. There was a Gujarati uncle who was very nice and accomodating and changed my room when I saw there was no attached bathroom. This is misleading while booking on the website.
There was a Chinese lady who was very rude and not helpful. Also they did not have options to extend stay for 1/2 a day more.
It is very well situated and it has wood connections with the center of the city
Our room was too tiny and without improvements
It annoyed me that it said their was a bathroom but in actual fact the bathroom was down the corridor. That should be stated clear. Second the older lady behind the counter refused to believe me when I said that I had booked 2 nights. So I had to come down with "evidence" the next day and go through the whole paying process twice. Which is a hassle.
It was good value for money, clean and the manager was friendly
It was dated, water in the shower not that hot, no shaving mirror and bathroom was not ensuite. All was reflected in the price though and the location was brilliant.
It was in a good location in Central London, and fairly priced.
A very old building in need of an update, our bathroom, although private, was located across the hall and not on-suite. The lift seemed to have seen better days. Altogether not a bad stay but in need of renovation.
Appeared very shoddy at first instance. Gloomy reception area and needs serious re decoration throughout. Expected en suite room but bathroom across the corridor! When complained told I had only booked a standard double room!
The employees: - The receptionist provided us with a lot of advices and good addresses for eat and drink. - All the rest of the staff was kind and helpful. The good location of the Hotel: - Near to Oxford street by walk. - Near to Underground Station, - Near to bus station for the airport
The mattresses: - One was to weak, - The other to old. The bathroom on the corridor was not indicated in the description of the Hotel.
The location was excellent, less than 10 minutes walk from Baker Street tube station. The staff were lovely and very welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.
The decor was in need of a bit of an update.
location was perfect for my needs. price was very good for so central a location.
the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. only one sheet and a thin blanket, coupled with a very draughty window In February made for a very unpleasant night. there was no hot water, just lukewarm.
Weird staff. Decoration awful. Bad DIY job electrics. Bathroom actuallya separate room across the hall. Overall pretty poor.
Location ok. Price ok.
You cold heare everything from the room next.
